Joining a group of over 12 schools and Universities within the Broward County, Florida. PNAMSEF was the only nursing organization who participated at the event. A gift basket was raffled during the event and was won by the Cleveland Clinic nursing operations manager Noreen Smith. There were 22 nurses from various nursing departments and ethnicities who were interested in joining the organization after learning about the organization, its goals, mission, and commitment to its members. Mary Ann Howard, BSN, RN signed up online during the event. A total of 10 new members were recruited from the Cleveland Clinic Florida. Success is not measured by numbers of new members recruited, but the powerful message that PNAMSEF is visible and is making an impact as an organization across Miami and Southeast Florida.
